Planning Your Phone Call

The single most useful thing to mention is roughly when the house was built. A 1958 house in north Arlington, a 1974 house in Pantego and a 2004 house in south Mansfield have different foundations, different soils under them and different likely causes, even when the cracks look the same from the street.

Also say whether the house is on a slab or a crawl space, whether there are big trees within about twenty feet of the walls, and whether any part of the yard holds water after rain. I-20, I-30, SH 360 and US 287 are useful for describing roughly where you are, but availability depends on the actual address.

Read how the service works, compare the available repairs, look at the two main pier types or go straight to calling about a visit.
